Licensed in Oregon since 1999, Eliza promotes muscle trauma recovery due to injuries, pain reduction, and relaxation. She uses a variety of modalities including: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Passive/Active stretching techniques.
She spent seven years working in conjunction with a chiropractor on a range of soft tissue impairments. She can also incorporate Manual Lymph Drainage for clients experiencing edema.
